Multi-touch sensing screen - Jeff Han - TED '06
Ken and Patrick sent me this demo from the TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) conference. It's a pretty amazing demo of a Mult-touch sensing screen demoed by Jeff Han at TED'06.
The speaker sweeps his hands over a backlit drafting board and manipulates things naturally in this way. His photo table is particularly impressive.
There is also a decent demo of a mapping application using hand gestures sweeping across the screen.
This looks like the future.
